I use these to keep my hand warm during platelet donation (which takes 90 minutes, and often requires the person to hold a heated bottle of water to keep the veins dilated). This packs works promptly, and can be squeezed for maximum heat (and keeps the blood circulating). Worked like a charm, and was easy to “recharge” following use
